Got a bit emotional here, forgive me… Open to interpretation. I think, in this case and by this stage, if you know you love sous-voile Jura, there’s no need for thinking twice here. You get all the goods from this Savagnin aged for almost four years in old oak barrels. It has THE perfume. Pungent—yes, delicious—abso-f-lutely.
